About the opportunity:

Working in Production you will oversee all activities on site, from managing subcontractor representatives on site to organising the build programme ensuring the development is on schedule in order to welcome its new residents. Production is the back bone of the build process. Consistency in quality of build, safety standards and communication customers are all key components to a successful production team.

Career prospects in this exciting part of the business are excellent and a number of the site workers will go on to become Managers and in some cases directors in the future. In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £55,000 basic salary plus package. About the requirements:

You will have the skills to manage projects effectively, build strong relationships with contractors and all trades on site. Extensive site management experience is essential, with a detailed knowledge of the building and construction trade. Ideally you will have a thorough knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and be able to minimise risk through developing and endorsing safe operating processes.
