About the Role:

 

My client is recruiting for a well-versed Site Manager to manage a large hotel build in West London. The project itself consists of the full build of a 42 bed hotel in west London. This project is an excellent chance to get a foot in the door with this company who well known in the London market with plenty of other projects in the area. This Site Manager work alongside a very experienced PM and visiting Project Director who as a team will make sure the client’s dreams are achieved, encompassing the management of the clients, overview of design, programme & delivery with a focus on H&S and quality of delivery.

 

About the benefits / rewards:

 

The specific salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related roles and projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £60,000 which will also include various benefits relating to healthcare & pension.

 

Requirements:

 

The ideal candidate will be a well-established Site Manager who has a stable background of working within well-established Main Contractors within similar markets.  The perfect candidate will have progressed from a Construction Management background on new build projects, knowing the building process with the ability to be hands on when required. Career stability will be key in the selection process, as the clients are keen to land a colleague with only a small handful of previous employers. This candidates experience should cover fit out and refurbishment projects, and will also be considered with large scale building projects.
