About the Role

Our client are currently are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a high spec residential project in the Marlow area. This outstanding £3.5m new build project for a private client consists of a 3 story traditional build single dwelling, built of 30 acres of land to a very high spec. The green field site is ready to go, and the project is due to go to site in the coming weeks.

This project requires a number 1 Site Manager with experience on similar projects who can manage the 66 week programme, working under a highly experienced Contracts Manager, alongside a Design Coordinator & a visiting QS. The role will require a manager who is able to manage a project of this spec with little or no supervision, utilising previous experience to get this job over the line on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety. This project will act as a stepping stone into the business for the right individual, with internal promotion and long term progression a real focus for this company.

About the benefits / rewards: The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £50,000 – £60,000. The package will also include various benefits relating to travel and healthcare.

Requirements: Candidates must have direct and relatable industry experience. Experience of Site Management is a must, ideally with experience of working on high spec, new build residential projects. The preferred candidate would have had experience at a top level main contractor and looking for a permanent and long term role.
