About the opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most high end developments in South Buckinghamshire with a company that has a real focus on quality. Initially based in Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross you will be working on a high-end residential build, comprised of either a single dwelling or a small development of four homes. As lead site manager you will be expected to program works, manage sub-contractors & trades, liaise with the client and local authorities, order materials, and help develop the business systems and processes.

 

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance, they are looking to pay up to £65,000 basic salary.

About the requirements:

For this opportunity, you will need to be driven, confident and have a focus on achieving the highest standards. You will have had to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a No.1 Manager on high-end residential construction/refurbishment projects. Furthermore, you will need to be able to regularly commute across South Buckinghamshire. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid required.
