About the company:

Our privately-owned client who is based in London with regional offices throughout the UK, is a world leading demolition contractor who undertakes technical projects across urban, regional and industrial sectors within a wide range of demolition settings.

With a group annual turnover in excess of £140M and a full order book secured for 2020 (leading into 2021), their reputation within the market for successfully completing complex projects has been built on delivery and trust, with health and safety at the forefront.

My client recruits only the best professionals – those who are motivated, dedicated and can work with a professional outlook. Having worked closely with this client for over 7 years, in addition to meeting their Management team on multiple occasions, I would highly recommend them as they offer an excellent working environment where they encourage their employees to progress within their career. Furthermore, with a close management team, the business has the ability to offer a real family feel, assuring that you will be a name rather than just a number within the organisation.

About the opportunity:

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for this award winning contractor. Working as a Site Manager, you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential you hold a minimum of 5 years experience within the UK demolition sector and be conversant in the use of Microsoft packages. As a Site Manager, you will hold a CCDO Black Managers card, first aid and be an Associate Member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers (AMIDE). Additionally, if you hold either A16 or A62 crane operations, this will be advantageous.

Please note, as this is a permanent opportunity, I am looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 2 years.
