They will develop you towards your future career goals (that’s right are promoted from within) and right now, I have two of these positions to fill with the same contractor for sites that are already awarded!

About the Employer

Our client exceeds 35 years’ industry experience and are considered as a market leader within the Dry Lining sector, who have built and maintained firm relationships with a selection of repeat Clients, which include some of London’s major developers and contractors. This company have found a niche market specialising in Dry Lining packages which typically range from £1m to £10m on RC Frame residential projects. During lockdown, our Client hasn’t been busier with tender enquiries and within recent weeks, they’ve been awarded a number of projects, dotted around London, securing them a continuous workload for the next 2 years.

Requirements:

Just like every business this contractor does look for a certain type of person. You’ll need proven 5years (minimum) experience working as a Site Manager for a rival Dry Lining Contractor, that’s previously delivered packages upto £3m in value. SMSTS or SSSTS, Relevant NVQ / Qualifications and CSCS Card. Must be Client facing.

You’ll need to be a team player that can plan, control and execute works to complete projects on time, meeting their clients expectations. So, all in all, you need to be a specialist that is confident, capable and committed. Sound like you?

About the Benefits/Rewards:

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry ranging from £45,000 to £55,000
