About the role:

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the requirements:

To be considered for this position, individuals must have the following:

SMSTS
First Aid Certificate
CSCS
CCDO Gold Supervisor or Black Managers Card
Proven success of running large complex demolition projects in City centre environments
In addition to the above, it is essential that individuals have a strong background in demolition and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a demolition subcontractor in the UK. Additionally, as this is a permanent position, I am looking for an individual who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 3 years and individuals must reside in / around London.

About the benefits & rewards:

For this permanent position, I am looking to speak to individuals who are targeting anywhere from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer (either a fully expensed company van or travel allowance) in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
