About the opportunity:

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a Site Manager, you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • CSCS
  • CCDO Black Manager Card
  • Proven success of running large complex demolition projects

In addition to the above, it is essential that you have a strong background in demolition and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a demolition contractor in the UK. Additionally, you must be IT literate and as this is a permanent opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate stability of employment throughout you career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 3 years.

About the benefits & rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, I am looking to speak to professionals who are targeting anywhere from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability.
