About the opportunity:

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a Site Manager, you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of their site in Ealing Broadway, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the benefits & rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, I am looking to speak to professionals who are targeting anywhere from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.

About the requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, professionals must hold a CCDO Card (Gold Supervisor or Black Manager), full first aid certificate and be computer literate.

In addition to the above, it is essential that professionals have a strong background in demolition and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a demolition subcontractor in the UK.

Additionally, as this is a permanent opportunity, professionals must be able to demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 2 years.
