About the opportunity

Our client has a Site Management opportunity, managing exciting projects in Central London and the Home Counties. You will be required to interact closely with the client at all stages of the construction process.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Directing and managing a team of Site Engineers and Foreman;
• Directing Trades & Subcontractors;
• Overseeing site Health & Safety;
• Overseeing daily site administration;
• Making management decisions pertaining to project issues with minimal supervision throughout the project;
• Improving operations, decreasing turnaround times, streamlining work processes, and working cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service;
• Developing and delivering progress reports and troubleshooting problem areas.

About the benefits and rewards:

Salary will be in the region of £45,000 – £55,000. In addition to this, you will receive a generous benefits package including Pension, Healthcare and Bonuses.

About the requirements:

You will have a construction related degree and preferably been through a management trainee scheme in your career. The ideal individual will be experienced in the management of new build and refurbishment projects in excess of £5million up to £10million, ideally across varying sectors (public, private, education and residential)
