About the role:

Reporting to the Construction Director this is a key position for an achiever who is experienced in “start to finish” of mid-sized house schemes, both private and affordable. You will be responsible for delivering residential projects ranging in size from 5 – 100 units. You will be involved with the project from start on site to completion and will be required to interact closely with the client at all stages of the construction process. You will be well educated and will have the ability to communicate at all levels. H&S, programming and delivery within timescales are key requisites of the job.

 

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £55,000 plus a benefits package.

 

About the requirements:

The candidate needs to have experience of managing mid-sized to large residential developments. Ideally you will have access to a good supply chain and contacts within the residential sector.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout the duration of their career retaining each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer. Candidates should show a flair for management and possess a good level of competence. You should have a relevant degree or similar qualification.
