This is an opportunity to join a company cementing their position as one of the UKs largest private housebuilders in London & the South East. This family run organisation has a turnover of circa £400m making them the third largest private housebuilder in the UK. The figures reflect the growth the business has experienced since 2012 – more than doubling its sales volume. This growth is underpinned by some substantial developments coming on stream.

Their portfolio consists of both private and affordable homes which are residential-led although varied in their nature. They include luxury private sale through to Greenfield affordable housing developments, and mixed tenure urban regeneration projects. The Company also delivers complementary facilities including education, health, community and commercial spaces, whilst working in partnership to create sustainable communities.

 

About the opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage one of the largest residential scheme that our client has. The initial phase will consist of over 220 units with a mixture of high end apartments and family homes. You will be responsible for overseeing site staff and sub-contractors in helping to ensure the project is running smoothly and on time.

About the requirements:

For this opportunity you will need to be an energetic and enthusiastic Site Management professional with experience in managing multi-unit residential developments. You will have your SMSTS and a construction related degree (or equivalent) is preferred. Furthermore you will need to have shown longevity in your career and be looking for your next long term career move.
