ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role – Site Manager (Re-Cladding Project)
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a prestigious £2 million re-cladding project at a leading college. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring the smooth execution of the re-cladding works in accordance with the project schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in managing site personnel, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

About the requirements:
The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience in managing a range of projects ideally including residential, and commercial, with projects ranging in value from £5m to £15m.
My client is looking for candidates who can show stability of employment throughout their career keeping each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer.
