There are anticipated plans for a 30% increase in turnover over the next 2 years which is steady and will provide further opportunities for employees to progress. About the opportunity:

You will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects valuing from £1million upwards including commercial, residential and educational among others.

 

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £55,000 plus a benefits package.

 

About the requirements:

The candidate needs to have experience of managing mid-sized to large residential developments. Ideally you will have access to a good supply chain and contacts within the residential sector.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout the duration of their career retaining each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer. Candidates should show a flair for management and possess a good level of competence. You should have a relevant degree or similar qualification.
