About the opportunity:

As part of their ongoing expansion, our client has identified the requirement for a Remediation Site Manager to work on their up-coming contracts initially throughout the M25 corridor (although due to the remit of work, projects are undertaken throughout the UK).

As a Remediation Site Manager, you will work within an experienced remediation team on all aspects of remediation and will report directly to the senior operations team. The main objective of your role will be to manage and oversee remediation sites, coordinating site actives and assuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the project goals.

About the requirements:

It would be advantageous if you have relevant site experience in contaminated land but experience in civil engineering / earthworks would form as a good foundation for this exciting opportunity. A working knowledge of a range of remedial technologies, asbestos in soil and the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice would also be advantageous. You must hold 3 years proven experience in a site management role and hold an SMSTS and CSCS card.

Due to projects being undertaken throughout the UK, it is essential that you hold a full UK driving license and be willing to stay away from home when required.

About the benefits / rewards:

For this opportunity, professionals can expected to earn anywhere between £45,000 – £55,000 per annum, however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability.  In addition to this. there will also be a generous package offered – a fully funded commercial vehicle, pension, healthcare, discretionary bonuses and a staying away allowance when required to work away from home.
