Average site visits once/twice per month per site

 

Projects (subject to timing, candidate capabilities etc)

  • 120 unit site in Cuffley with standard houses and 3No low-rise apartment blocks o An aspirational site using standard housetypes with specification improvements

 

  • 64 unit mixed housing/apartment scheme in Enfield. o An urban fringe site with a contemporary Architectural style

o Challenging site due to topography and complicated contractual relationships

 

 

Reporting to

Technical Director / Senior Technical Manager

 

Package

  • Salary – circa £65,000
  • Bonus – up to 10% (Discretionary)
  • Company Car Grade 2 or Car Allowance £5250 per annum
  • Holiday Allowance 25 days
  • Pension Contributions 7 % employee 7% employer
