About the opportunity:

Due to continued company expansion, our client is recruiting permanently for a Senior Sustainability Consultant. Assisting the Associate Director, you will be responsible to preparing SAP Assessments, Energy Statements and SBEM calculations along with supporting on Code and BREEAM calculations and assessments. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Overseeing and carrying out SAP, SBEM and energy projects
  • Mentoring Assistant Consultants
  • Assisting with code, bream and ESOS assessments are required
  • Assisting with maintenance of technical procedures and implement SAP/SBEM software updates.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this opportunity, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £45,000 – £55,000 per annum however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability.

Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which includes company pension, private health care, company care or car allowance, life insurance and a discretionary annual bonus.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will be degree qualified in a related field (e.g. Environmental sustainability within the built environment), be an accredited on-construction domestic energy assessor (OCDEA) and have experience with Code for sustainable homes and/or BREAAM schemes. Furthermore, you will have ability to write energy statements and experience in planning law and building regulations.
