About the role:

The role involves managing a team of personnel and co-ordinating all the subcontracted trades. Responsibility is for ensuring the construction process is safe; that build quality, workmanship and environmental standards are consistently high and homes are completed on time and to pre-determined cost.

This is a traditional build housing project with over 2 years’ worth of work left on the development. Furthermore they have a healthy project pipeline beyond this project.

About the requirements:

You will have a minimum of 5 years Site Management experience with a residential developer / contractor and experience managing sites for residential and mixed-use projects. You will be comfortable managing your own projects reporting directly into a Project Manager / Project Director. Only candidates with proven longevity in their career will be considered.
