ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead the initial stages of office design and build projects. This key role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project strategies, and oversee the tendering process.
You will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing accurate cost estimates, and identifying value engineering opportunities to optimise budgets without compromising design integrity. Collaboration with internal teams, including design, commercial, and construction, is essential to ensure proposals align with client objectives and technical requirements.
The role also encompasses managing project risks, timelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, while building strong client relationships to secure project success.

When you first contact us, be that through direct contact, responding to an advert or applying through our website, we will connect you with a consultant who works in your specialist area.
Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history. They will encourage you to go into detail about your background and experiences, capabilities and responsibilities, personal circumstances and any other factors they feel are relevant to help them build up a well-rounded profile of you.
