About the role:

A fantastic vacancy of Senior Health and Safety Manager is currently available. The initial project that this individual will be covering is a large project in the West London area. Developing a large residential complex consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, also an extensive leisure and retail facility. This area has a fantastic view and is well connected to the motor way and train stations.

 

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Leadership and management of all Health and Safety matters
  • Driving the business forward through development of policies and procedures
  • Incident prevention and performance outcome
  • Protecting liability and reputation.

 

The role would ideally suit someone who is self-motivated, able to work under pressure, also having the skills and ability to working in a team and alone.

 

Requirement Information

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the Construction Industry.
  • Member of IOSH
  • Recognised Health and Safety qualifications.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication management and team work skills.
