£290 to £320 per day (CIS)Depending on experience

 

About the Opportunity:

 

As the Senior Engineer you will be expected to support the project engineer with a variety of tasks With this we are also looking for candidates who can take the lead, overseeing individual RC frame packages while reporting to the onsite PE.

 

The project itself is conversion of an existing structure – undertaking the following:

  • Cladding removal
  • Roof demolition and removal
  • New RC Basement
  • New RC Extension incl lift shafts and stairs
  • New two storey Structural Steel frame on top floors

 

The role would involve approx. 30-40% setting out and 60-70% Senior Engineering including:

  • RFIs
  • Permits
  • QA and Pre and post pour checks
  • Concrete ordering
  • Materials and plant ordering
  • Temporary Works inspections and sign offs

 

 

About the Company:

 

Working closely with technical & complex projects my client is a leading name within RC Frames & Groundworks sector looking to expand with a need for a senior Engineer.  With an annual turnover of over £140m per annum their primary work area is London and the Home Counties and usual package values range from £5 million up to £50 million each specialising in concrete frame construction and groundworks.

 

 

About the Offer:

 

For either of these opportunities, I am expecting to speak with candidates looking to earn anywhere from £290 to £320 per day plus benefits. This will be based on experience.
