Whilst focusing on developing the contracting arm they are dramatically expanding the development and partnerships divisions.

Due to this it’s more than an exciting time to join the business who with the appointments of a new Managing Director for Housebuilding; Finance Director and Land Team are aiming to more than double turnover in the next five years, increasing output to 400 new homes per year.

About the opportunity:

This is a design lead opportunity to work on a brand new High Rise, RC Frame development. The £44million apartment scheme near Balham will consist of 134 units across 4 blocks between 6-27 storeys. Initially the opportunity is Head Office based near Harrow until it becomes site based when the site goes live in Autumn.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £78,000 basic salary; 26 days holiday; discretionary bonus; private healthcare; car allowance and a fuel card; discount scheme; assistance programme and ride to work scheme!

About the requirements:

This is a vital position for the business therefore individuals must be Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or something similar. We are looking for experienced individuals from a Housebuilding background working specifically for a Residential Contractor who can hit the ground running. Ideally you will have experience of delivering complex RC Frame schemes with a £25million+ value and have knowledge of BIM processes and software.
