About the Role:

 

I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the Sales and Estimating Department of this forward thinking, friendly business for a Sales, Marketing & Office Coordinator based full time within their Southwest London office. This opportunity suits an organised individual with drive, ambition and values teamwork. Good communication and listening skills are imperative along with a can do attitude towards sales. A good working knowledge of the interior fit out market is desired, along with office management and IT skills. This opportunity has a natural career progression into specification sales and/or business development management.

 

This opportunity is a dynamic role within the business with a current split of scope being

70% Sales 20% Marketing and 10% Office Coordination.

 

Responsibilities and duties include:

 

  • Support the tasks of the sales team
  • Completion of requested PQQ’s
  • Administration of CRM and sales systems and tools
  • Validate new enquiries by speaking with customers and distribute to the sales team
  • Using the telephone and other business tools to make contact with the various professionals within the construction industry with the aim of promoting products and services
  • Managing pipeline of future sales opportunities, ensuring that contacts is made with the relevant stakeholder’s architect, cost consultant etc. at the relevant time and developing this with the sales team
  • Provocatively producing & generating new business opportunities, self-generated via cold calls/emails etc. and lead databases, in order to promote products.
  • Become knowledgeable on our products, services and the market sector we operate in.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new prospective customers
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns in line with the sales strategy for social media (LinkedIn)
  • Represent at trade exhibitions and events.
  • Plan events and exhibitions
  • Build relationships with publications
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports
  • Monitor company mailboxes
  • Organise all travel arrangements, flights, trains, car hire
  • Organise all work events
  • Collate presentation documents for board meetings
  • General office administration to departments of the business
  • Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Receive and attend to visitors
  • Ordering of office supplies

 

 

About the benefits / rewards:

 

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience in related roles. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £25,000 – £30,000. The package will also include 20 days Holiday +3day festive shutdown, pension contribution, Cycle to work Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Holiday Homes. This role will offer the opportunity for vertical progression within this growing organsisation.
