The Role

Our client is recruiting for Resident Liaison Officers to work on a Decent Homes contract in Harlow  This will be across residential blocks undertaking external and fire door work.

As a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) working as part of the construction operation team your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning projects as part of the team and ensuring that they meet agreed timescales.
  • Liaising with residents to agree scope of work; access dates and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Visiting residents on a regular basis to ensure the smooth running of works in their property and to deal quickly and effectively with any concerns or issues raised.
  • Liaising and reporting progress on a daily basis to client representatives.
  • Working as part of a team to maintain quality control procedures.
  • Checking and preparing weekly and monthly site reports.

About the benefits and reward:

The base package is circa £28,000 – 35,000

Requirements:

  • Previous RLO experience essential
  • Excellent written and literacy skills
  • Excellent IT literacy (Microsoft packages)
  • Excellent dispute resolution skills
  • Personable and friendly nature
  • Lives within commuting distance of East London

The Suitable candidate will have extensive experience in a Resident Liaison Offer role or similar. You must be PC Literate and ideally have knowledge of Microsoft packages. Suitable candidates are likely to have worked with a social housing contractor.
