About the opportunity:

This company is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Consultant to work alongside the Talent & Selection Manager as part of the HR department. The HR and In-house Recruitment team attracts; acquires; develops and retains talent to enhance the productivity of the company. You will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive in-house recruitment service working in a fast paced environment in a busy recruitment function.

You will be involved in managing recruitment campaigns for the business; coordinating interviews with recruitment agencies, candidates and line managers; managing the recruitment life cycle from initial vacancy to the offer and on boarding stages; managing applications from job boards; supporting hiring managers in the development of job descriptions; writing adverts suitable for newspaper and online publishing; interviewing candidates in line with the job and person specifications and general administrative tasks.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £30,000 basic salary, 24 days holiday, healthcare and pension schemes.

About the requirements:

We are looking for professionals who have experience working for a Recruitment Agency or an In-house Recruitment team who have experience of managing a high volume of vacancies alongside graduate and apprentice recruitment. Ideally you will have Construction recruitment experience however we are open to different backgrounds so long as you have experience of the processes involved. A high level of self management is needed and stakeholder management skills are essential. Individuals must have excellent communication skills and be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
