More about the role:

For the fastest growing white collar construction division here at Cityscape, I am recruiting for trainee and intermediate level consultants to join my team based out of our office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.

As a trainee you will be supporting the consultants in the team to source and validate candidates for a variety of jobs for example Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Technical and Design professionals and Project Managers within various specialist sub-contracting sectors.

For intermediate consultants, you’ll be stepping straight into the full 360 role, with a strong  focus on business development, client relationships and desk expansion.

For both positions there’s HUGE potential for career development based on work ethic, quality, and end results! Here, we hold review meetings every quarter, so progress is monitored and success is rightfully awarded!

I’m not looking for experienced recruiters. If you’re hungry and driven holding some form of sales experience, good communication skills and the right work attitude, then I’d be keen to speak to you!!!

I’ve personally been building this division for the past 5 years where I’ve managed to build strong relationships with a wide range of clients across various construction sectors. Not only that but within this time, I’ve also been building a candidate data base of the best construction professionals within each sector. What does this mean for you? There will be NO cold start! You’ll be stepping onto hot desk, where you’ll have FULL access to live jobs and active candidates! Previously, new starters with zero experience have managed to put fees on the board within their first 4 weeks!!!

About the benefits and rewards:

Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in industry. You can expect a basic salary from £17,000 to £25,000. In addition to basic salary and a set commission amount for each placement, we offer generous quarterly bonuses, quarterly target based office events, regular team social events, on-going perks through Perkbox, and a drinks fridge.

About the requirements:

Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in, or knowledge of, the construction industry as well as previous recruitment experience. Most importantly, however, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, conscientious, show strong organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of intelligence.
