About the company

In partnership with their growing client base, our client has developed a range of services to design, install and connect networks that bring electricity, gas, water and ultra-fast fibre to residential developments. The group are currently turning over £120M and with the amount of work they continue to win, the turnover is likely to increase. The utilities part of the company has been leading the way for utility installations for blue-chip residential developers for the last 8 years, having started doing all-in-one packages to help benefit their clients, including RC frame and groundworks. It is a very exciting time to join this company. About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing up to 25 live contracts at a time. The contracts that you will be involved in will be working on NEC contracts within the multi utility sector.

On top of that you will be working for a team with years full of experience within the utility sector. It makes it a great team to learn from and a team that will really help you develop, the company have a great reputation for delivering projects to a high standard, so you can be sure to be gaining experience in the right way. The role itself gives you a great opportunity to grow and progress throughout the company whilst it allows you to take good responsibility with the work that you’re producing (i.e. you won’t be micro managed).

The successful candidate will be rewarding with a very competitive salary ranging from £40,000 – £50,000, on top of this you will be given a company car/competitive car allowance. About the requirements

You are required to have a good standard of education preferably a BSc in quantity surveying and commercial management.

As well as being well educated it’s vital you have good stability on your CV working for a tier one or tier two contractor within utilities or Civil Engineering.

The role is a permanent position. No freelancers can be considered.

A UK driving license is mandatory for this role.
