  • Residential Development

About the Company:

Our client’s business is made up of a team who are heavily experienced in construction and property development and are able to apply an innovative approach to projects in order to maximise potential. Our client is able to provide well-built homes that combine thoughtful design, elegant finishing and the latest technologies and holds a track record of designing and building exceptional homes within North and West London. Our client is an organisation with an intrinsic Developer/Contractor business model, who boasts a portfolio of interesting and diverse projects typically ranging from small to mid-sized high-spec residential developments from conversions to luxury flats, a group of RC Frame houses with basements, right up to an 80 unit RC frame block of apartments. My client has a great culture and offers a personable working environment where you will not be ‘just a number’ within a large cooperation. With Central London based offices, this is a great opportunity to join a young, driven and forward-thinking high spec house builder.

About the Role:

Our client are interested in speaking with experienced Quantity Surveyors from a new build residential background to work autonomously across a variety of design led, high-spec developments across London. Working alongside the Commercial Manager and reporting back into the company directors you will be expected to commercially manage all aspects of new build RC frame residential schemes up to 40 units and the high-spec market. This is an ideal opportunity to get involved in a well-established privately owned business that is currently implementing a strong growth plan over the coming years to increase output. If you have been in a larger PLC previously and want to get into a business where you will have more influence on the business and interaction with the owners, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Given my client’s pipeline of work for the next 2 years there is certainly room from progression and the chance to take on more responsibility as the role develops.
