About the opportunity:

Our client is actively seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Project Management capabilities to join their Public sector construction team, providing all aspects of pre and post contract cost management for a variety of projects ranging from £2m to £10m. Projects will be multi-site as well as smaller scale advisory appointments across the education, housing, health and leisure sectors, working in a client facing capacity and reporting in to the Directors.

About the benefits and rewards:

Our client will offer a competitive salary and an extensive benefits package with pension, Life Insurance, and full private Medical Insurance. The salary range available is £45,000 – £55,000 + package.

 

About the requirements:

The ideal professional will have 3+ years post qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying and Project Lead / Management role who is looking for a new challenge. Degree qualified, the Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager will be Consultancy bias with experience of pre and post contract QS experience and knowledge of MS Project. You will be able to work autonomously as well as in a small team structure, willing to take on a wide variety of responsibilities, process aware and delivery focussed. A good sense of humour will also prove advantageous.
