About the company

My client is a multi-disciplined Tier One Civil Engineering contractor, with its parent group turning over in circa £1b. They work with both public and private sector customers in the specialist sectors of rail, highways, and engineering. Their clients include HS2, Highways England, and well-known residential and commercial developers. They deliver nationally but are organised regionally. As a company, they pride themselves on the technical capabilities of their staff, their high standard of work, and the amount of repeat business they are rewarded. The specific Civil Engineering arm is turning over approximately £150M from work including Highways Infrastructure, Airport projects, 278 works, Landscaping, and the occasional work on Rail Depots. The projects involve extensive concrete works, deep drainage, and heavy earthworks and they range in value from £1m – £150M. They are a very sociable company, always hosting a summer party and a Christmas party, allowing you to interact with other teams on a personal level, staff morale is exceptionally high and a prime focus for the business.
