Our client is a high-end residential contractor based in West London. They specialise in High end luxury residential refurbishment and alteration for super prime properties in and around London, the areas they typically cover include Knightsbridge, Kensington & Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia, as well as the finer areas spread in the countryside outside of the city. Their clients vary from high nett worth individuals and famous to international investors.

This business pride themselves on the quality of their design and finished product, which is some of the best money can buy. They have plenty of live projects and an extremely healthy pipeline, meaning this business are going to remain busy no regardless of the economic climate.

About the Role:

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their high end residential refurbishment projects.  At present they are expanding their business and have many new projects coming up and already started in and around prime residential areas in London including Kensington and Mayfair.  You will be ultimately responsible for valuations of the works carried out with monitoring of costs to achieve monthly reconciliation of projects.  Ensuring the timely pricing of Variations through to final accounts & retentions.


Within this role you will be part of a small team. This position will suit someone that likes to work autonomously, takes responsibility and can work individually opposed to relying on a large team / support function.


About the benefits / rewards:

  • Up to £85,000



  • Experience & passion for high end refurbishments
  • A degree in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • It would also be desirable if you are within a 1 hour commute to their office in West London.
