ABOUT THE ROLE

Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate and control the costs associated with a project from inception to completion. You collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to gather and analyse project specifications, plans, and drawings. Additionally, you play a crucial role in procurement activities, evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS

My client would ideally like the successful candidate to be degree-qualified, but this is not essential depending on the level of experience. The successful candidate must drive and be within a commutable distance of Surrey. My client would also like candidates to have groundwork experience working for large contractors

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The basic salary for the position is set between £45,000 and £55,000, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. In addition to the attractive base salary, employees are eligible for a car allowance or a company car, providing convenience and flexibility for their commuting needs. My client also demonstrates a commitment to employee well-being by offering an employer pension contribution, ensuring a secure financial future. Furthermore, the company provides healthcare benefits.
