About the role:

You will be working on prestigious new build residential developments in the local and surrounding areas. The role will involve holding full commercial responsibility for projects and some management/guidance of Junior Surveyors. Your duties will revolve around ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement and payment of sub-contractors for large new build developments from inception through to completion.

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £65,000 basic salary plus a benefits package.

 

About the requirements:

You will be a strong Quantity Surveyor with experience of managing your own new build residential projects either working for a developer or main contract. This should be viewed as a long term career move rather than just a job and therefore longevity in your career is essential.
