A medium sized and well established multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Surrey.
This highly respected construction consultancy are well placed to capitalise on their reputation and are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This company work in a number of sectors which include traditional construction and refurbishment work, mainly in Residential.
About the role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly:
- Budget control
- Agreement of target costs
- Risk analysis
- Carrying our monthly valuations
- Monthly reporting
- Option proposals
- Auditing and final accounts.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
You will work on projects in West London and the home counties.
About the salary:
- Up to £55,000 (DOE)

About the requirements:
- A strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor
- A member of RICS would be preferable
- Exceptional client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
- A good technical knowledge and experience within consultancy Quantity Surveying
