A small but well established multi disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.
This company work in a number of sectors which include traditional construction and refurbishment work, mainly in the Hotels and Residential.
About the role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly:
- Budget control
- Agreement of target costs
- Risk analysis
- Carrying our monthly valuations
- Monthly reporting
- Option proposals
- Auditing and final accounts.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
You will be based in London although this company actively supports hybrid working.
About the requirements:
- The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have a strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS accredited degree would be preferable
- Ideally Chartered and preferably through RICS.
- Exceptional client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
- A good technical knowledge and experience within consultancy Quantity Surveying
