The types of rail works they focus on include major projects which range in value between £500,000 – £10M and these projects involve lots of concrete, steel, groundworks (platform extensions), and building new depots. They also do track upgrades and renewals. 50-60% of their work is with TFL, and they also work with London Underground as well as Network rail (network rail projects are mainly track and rerailing). They have several 5-year frameworks which gives them a guaranteed £25M/£30M turnover per year, these frameworks involve maintenance of stations, pest control, vegetation, and track maintenance.

It’s a brilliant company to work for should you be seeking to progress in your career, as they have several members of the management team who joined the company as trainees.
