Our client is a well-respected specialist with 25 years of experience in the field of internal and external refurbishment projects across London and the surrounding areas. They act as principal contractor, with projects ranging across the High Specification Residential, Government, Private, Public, and Leisure sectors.  They have worked on many prestigious projects including numerous London Theatres, Historic Markets, Historic Public Houses, and London Estates. Most of their work comes from repeat business and prestigious client referrals with whom they have built close relationships.

Established in 1996 as a specialist façade restoration company my client has experienced steady growth for nearly 25 years, we have expanded to operate as a Main Contractor capable of executing contracts up to the value of £3m.

The success of the business can be attributed to a small, dedicated team taking pride in their work, close working relationships with their clients, and respect from within the industry.

About the Role:

Our client has released an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work as part of their team. You will work alongside the leadership team and will provide commercial management throughout the full life cycle of the build including the execution of commercial, financial, and contractual matters. You will initially undertake a site-based position in central London complete schedules, measures, take off’s, daily reporting/ accounting, valuations, and final accounts.

You will also be involved in providing schedules and price work for the teams on site and aid in the management of this.

About the benefits and rewards:

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of up to £75,000.

The successful candidate will ideally have some Quantity Surveying experience or be working in the construction discipline. Qualifications will be highly advantageous including a BSc degree or HNC/HND in construction.
