Role Information:

Due to an increased order book, and an increase in projects for 2018 they are looking to add to their current team.

The role that has come available is for a Quality Inspector to work alongside the Operational team on site and throughout the organisation. The role is to plan and carryout all site quality and compliance checks on recently completed and in progress building works. Liaise with and advise the operational team on site and at head office regarding compliance with the employers requirements and with the works being undertaken, drawing attention to any potential problems.

You will be assessing progress during the project and providing guidance to the designers details and regulatory requirements, providing a daily diary, assessing projects and reporting to the Operations Director. You will attend progress and review meetings and report any health, safety and environmental concerns


About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the industry.

The company offers excellent opportunities and offering a basic salary in the region of £40,000 – £50,000, with additional benefits including pension, bonus and additional incentives. About the requirements:

The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience working as a Quality Inspector within the construction industry.

A building surveyor or architect qualification or similar.

Exceptional communication skills who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout the duration of their career.
