About the Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor for a Concrete Frame and Groundwork subcontractor based in Kent. This role will involve the usual commercial management duties of reinforced concrete (RC) frame packages and associated groundworks.

The successful professional will report to the company’s commercial director and will be responsible for a project in and around Kent or Sussex. Individual package values will range from £1 million up to £10 million each.

About the benefits and rewards

For this permanent position, we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £40,000 to £70,000 per annum however specific salary will be defined upon experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered; travel allowance OR company vehicle in addition to standard benefits associated with a successful company (bonus scheme, pension, laptop, phone etc.).

About the requirements

To be considered for this position, the individual must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar and must have a number of years’ worth of experience in this type of role whilst working for rival RC frame or groundwork subcontractors.
