Our client is a London based award winning Cost Consultancy, specialising Commercial Fit Out, High End Residential new build developments and MEP projects across the City. With a busy project pipeline and a valued blue chip client base, they are well positioned for steady growth and employee development.

Our client works collaboratively with their clients and also internally, drawing upon the experience of its exceptional staff and shared knowledge of Construction. They are clear in their approach when providing bespoke cost solutions, and advise clients on all stages of pre-construction preparation, design, procurement, construction and use.


About the opportunity:

Our client has successfully won a number of new long-term projects from a Cost Consultancy perspective, which includes the development of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats in London. They are keen to add to their team by employing an experienced and client facing, professional Project level Quantity Surveyor to manage cost reporting, cost planning, cost modelling, procurement and change management. In this role the ideal candidate will also provide guidance and leadership to Assistant level Quantity Surveyors.


About the benefits and rewards:

The company offers excellent career opportunities within a close-knit yet professional team, and offers a basic salary in the region of £55,000 – £6,000. In addition to the basic salary there will be benefits including pension, health and travel allowance. There will be a very transparent bonus scheme which will increase the package considerably.


About the requirements:

The ideal professional needs to have extensive experience of working as Project Quantity Surveyor providing cost advice to clients across a range of sectors, including residential and commercial. A balance of working on new build, refurbishment and fit out projects would be ideal. Exceptional client facing skills are a prerequisite as is the ability to run projects with a wide value range.
