Project Manager – Stonework & Restoration Specialist
About the Company: Our client is a well-respected specialist with time served experience in the interior and exterior heritage & restoration market across London and the surrounding areas Their main services range from, Restoration works, Stone and Brick cleaning, Roof repairs, joinery and internal refurbishments with Projects covering multiple sectors from High Specification Residential, Government, Private, Public and Leisure valuing anything between £10k – £10M. Most of their work is generated through repeat business from a strong portfolio of prestigious clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role: Our client is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager with experience in the restoration sector due to natural growth and on-going expansion. The individual will be responsible for managing between two and four projects across the city of London.
You duties will include:

Requirements: Candidates will have excellent restoration and refurbishment knowledge and experience and will have ideally progressed from a hands on role within this sector. You will have at least five years’ experience working with a similar contractor.
