About the opportunity:

Project Manager Opportunity within this East Midlands regional business unit where you will be responsible for managing the construction team to provide a quality product, efficiently, safely and professionally, within set budgets and agreed timescales whilst delivering high standards of customer service.

With a strong, experienced and successful leadership team this developer has a coherent approach to implementing strategy and delivering results demanded by customers, shareholders and stakeholders. Career development is encouraged through training and personal development which has led to the majority of teams within being promoted within several times, some to senior and directorship positions within the business.

The development in Derbyshire is from this developer’s award winning heritage collection is as part of a major new development which in time will consist of  brand new dedicated facilities including shops and playing fields along with circa 250 new homes.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £70,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

Ideally you will have Residential development experience with either a Residential Housebuilder or Contractor.
