About the opportunity:

Due to company expansion, my client is recruiting for a Project Manager, based in the North East. As a client facing project manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a major decontamination and demolition project in the Middlesbrough area which has a program duration of 12 months.

The demolition management of the entire project including all principal contractor documentation formation and management and SSoW submittals is required. You will be responsible for demolition quality plans, inspection test plans, preparation of SSoW documents and managing the programme.

About the requirements:

In order to be considering for this opportunity, you must be IT literate and hold proven experience in a similar position. You must have vast experience within the demolition sector, holding a CCDO Black Managers card as a minimum and membership of the IDE at any grade is highly desirable.

Due to the geographical spread of projects, you must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel and work away from home when required (full subsistence will be covered).

About the benefits / rewards:

For this opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £55,000 – £65,000 per annum, however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered in addition to other benefits associated with a large successful company.
