About the opportunity:

Due to company expansion, my client is recruiting an office based project manager to join a pharmaceutical project in County Clare which is programmed for 45 weeks. This can either be a permanent or contract based position. As an office based project manager, you will be responsible for the management of the demolition quality plans, inspection test plans, preparation of SSoW documents and managing the general programme. Additionally, you will be required to act as the last planner for the project, for which full training shall be provided.

About the requirements:

In order to be considering for this opportunity, you must be IT literate and hold proven experience in a similar position. You must have vast experience within the demolition sector, holding a CCDO Black Managers card as a minimum and membership of the IDE at any grade is highly desirable.

About the benefits / rewards:

For this opportunity, the salary / day rate has been left negotiable as specific remuneration will depend on previous experience and suitability. Due to the location of this requirement, full subsistence will be covered.
