About the Employer
Our client is a quality-focused, high-end Painting and Decorating Contactor who hold a Royal warrant of appointment, undertaking prestigious contracts at the Royal Households, including Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle. They specialise in the design and delivery of super prime Painting and Decorating projects and have been established for over 30 years. They also focus on super prime residential, hospitality, retail, and historical conservation contracts working with clients such as Water Lily, Ellmers and Size Group.
Our client is part of a wider group who work internationally with offices based in the Middle East, France, Australia and America just to name a few. Their UK head office is Based in South Kensington. Last year the UK office had a stable turnover of £4m and is looking to grow this year with a healthy pipeline already secured with both existing and new clients.

About the Opportunity
Our client is looking to expand their business and striving for business growth, they are looking to expand their operations team by bringing in a new addition with a plan to further develop within the business.

Main Duties
• Management and project reporting of all contractual and commercial aspects
• Formulating detailed building services programme alongside main contractor’s programme
• Attending site meetings, as and when required being the lead spokesperson on all issues.
• Planning, programming, organising and monitoring of the contract progress.
• Management and implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Maintaining customer focus involving close working relationships with the client and working partners
• Provide technical support and expertise to the internal project team as well as acting as advisory for the client team
• Managing variation costing and control with Quantity Surveyor and main contractor
• Handover to client and after care

Requirements
1-5 years project management experience within main or subcontracting. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player.

Salary/ Benefits
Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case-by-case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline, I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £40 to £50K and you will receive a company works package.
