About the Role:

My client is recruiting for a well versed, Facilities Management Project Manager to oversee a refurbishment rollout for a very well-known, national hotel brand. This Project Manager will roll out these small refurbs from tender stage, using the set schedule of rates and utilizing the pre-appointed supply chain to manage the lifecycle of these fast-track projects across hotel nationwide. This framework consists of a national multi-site refurbishment programme across hotels up and down the country, operating in a live environment against the clock.

The successful individual will have managed similar nationwide rollouts for big chains / brands, ideally hotel refurbishments, but this could also be bank / restaurant or retail refurbs at a similar scale. They will be happy with nationwide travel (all accommodation and travel paid for) and seeking a long term career move.

 

About the benefits / rewards:

 

The specific salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related roles and projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £70,000 which will also include various benefits relating to healthcare & pension.

 

Requirements:

 

The ideal candidate will be a well-established Project Manager who has a stable background of working within well-established businesses within similar markets.  The perfect candidate will have progressed from a Construction Management or Facilities Management background with the refurbishment market, knowing the building process with the ability to be hands on when required. Career stability will be key in the selection process, as the clients are keen to land a colleague with only a small handful of previous employers. This candidates experience should cover fit out and refurbishment projects, and will also be considered with large scale building projects.
