Expanding their geographical reach they have also recently acquired another housebuilder adding around 5,000 plots to their land bank and invested in their own timber frame factory.

About the opportunity:

This developer has always been committed to having offices and regions based on patch to developments due to the success this has. This particular opportunity is to join its partnerships division to work on a £416m, 12 year regeneration scheme comprising circa 1,500 units along with a river walk, parks, schools, a nursery, retail stores and an 81 bedroom Travelodge. This is an opportunity to work alongside an existing Project Manager and Site Managment Team, managing a new phase of the site.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £75,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

We are considering professionals with strong Residential experience with either a Residential Developer or Main Contractor.
