About the opportunity:

I have been working very closely with this established residential main contractor for a number of years, assisting with the recruitment of personable, highly-motivated, and collaborative individuals that all work together to aid the growth of the business. My client have managed to trade positively throughout the last couple of months and still have all of their current project portfolio running safely on site as well as new projects starting. My client has pinpointed a need for a new Project Manager to be based on a brand new, challenging RC Frame build in West London.

You be taking the lead on a brand new residential development direct for a Housing Association my client has a long working relationship with. The spec of the job will consist of around 120 units split across various blocks of no larger than 10 storeys. The project is due to run for the next 2 years and will need an experienced Project Manager with experience of working on a tight site, with limited storage where planning is key.

About the company:

My client is a privately-owned developer/contractor, set-up within the last 40 years to provide a mixture of new build residential and mixed-use developments. They have completed a varied profile of work to date, covering the London & the Home Counties. They have grown organically and are a very stable business that are small enough to be able to be adaptable to market trends. They have secured long term working relationships with various public and private clients that have allowed them to always a have a steady flow of projects.

My client has an even balance of corporate structure and process with the feel of a family-run business, they are a lean team with everyone working hard across their specific discipline to achieve tight deadlines and profit margins. This is a superb opportunity for someone who wishes to take on large amounts of responsibility and manage a brand new scheme with the chance to quickly progress in company with no ‘glass ceiling’. My client have a superb staff retention rate with most members of the team having been there for over 10 years+. In times like these it is ideal to have an opportunity like this that offers stability and a long term future with the business.

The company provides a basic salary of around £85,000 plus package. Business mileage and expenses can be claimed back as well as the chance to achieve a bonus on completion of phases and projects.
