About the opportunity:

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their client in the City of London and take overall responsibility for seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality. In this company the role of Project Manager encompasses the management of multiple projects, taking the Client’s scope of works, putting it out to tender, tender analysis and award, project managing works including the full demolition and rebuild of specific sites.

The Construction Contracts for the majority of these works will be based on JCT and therefore familiarity of these forms of contract is preferred. The ideal professional for this opportunity will work closely with the client team on large schemes, reporting to clients primarily based in London and be supported from the Consultancy office.

About the requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience working as a Construction Project Manager with a Consultancy. You will be pro-active, driven and capable of working within a team environment. You will be able to lead multiple projects and report directly to the Managing Director.
