About the opportunity:

Are you a Construction Consultancy Project Manager living in the West Midlands, looking for a local opportunity? Are you experienced in delivering projects within the Industrial sector? Are you interested in having a conversation about a new position available with one of my favourite clients in Construction Consultancy?

Our client is actively seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join their Birmingham office to lead multiple projects in a team environment, reporting directly to the client. With the support of your team, you will assume responsibility for seeing projects through from inception to completion on time, within budget and to the highest quality. Works will include new build projects within the industrial, commercial, multi-room, education and leisure sectors throughout the UK, keeping every working day both varied and challenging.


About the requirements:

This is a highly accountable but supported position, ideal for a professional who has 3+ years’ experience working in a Project Management capacity, ideally within a Construction Consultancy setting. You will have experience in managing your own client portfolio, as well as managing a team, and delivering projects within the industrial sector, which may include large distribution centres, logistics warehouses or similar.

You will have a strong understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports, and you will be experienced in construction procurement, JCT forms of contract, and administering projects.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who is professionally qualified, preferably MRICS or MCIOB, who has delivered projects within a Consultancy, and willing to travel as required during the working week.

About the benefits and rewards:
